Oh Dear, you say, problem there. But no, to explain, our rebel Will was the son who turned away from wine, due to an unfortunate childhood experience. He turned instead to beer! (Some people have children become lawyers, doctors, teachers, rocket scientists. We have a winemaker and a brewer. And one who was a barman, now writes about wine in Sydney. Always in alcohol; us lot. We know our limits. P)
Anyway have been apprenticed to the excellent Rebellion Brewery in Marlow, Will has spent a frustrating year or so putting together his own 'Loose Cannon' brewery in Abingdon.
And today, finally his first brew was ready. Well, you wouldn't wait 'till proper drinking time, would you?
He seems to like it but will only be happy if others like it too. So if anyone has the time, don't bother logging on to lcbeers.co.uk because he's not written it yet, just pop round to his brew shed - opens Monday;
