Overcast. Even rain! So go for a drive to Blaye and Bourg.
Blaye's Vaubon fortress is impressive. But I think I prefer little Bourg.
Evening dinner at La Poudette just over the river at Castillon ... Pujols. They did the food for our Grand Opening last month. Their restaurant is their home. In their garden with their chickens and horses.
Big argument with Moira; I say the food is simple. She says it isn't. But we both love it. So who cares really?
