Wedding Day

So far this year we've helped marry off Pete, Eamon and Dan. Today it's Ben. With James yet to come. (And a special prize to the other James for just going off to Marylebone Registry last week. You're a mate, James, the fizz is on its way).

A terrific day with a Bride so gorgeous her Groom did clearly - we all saw it - gasp as she entered the church. The receptions had Wyfold Vineyard as the backdrop and Wyfold Sparkling for The Toasts.

Also featured were Laithwaite Sauvignon, Grand Gaillard Rosé, Pillastro Primitivo and RedHeads Tomahawk Shiraz.

Loose Cannon's Abingdon Bridge was the beer on tap.

So, today, I reached new heights of smugness with wife and all three sons contributing in various ways to the drink supply.

And also, of course being conspicuously enthusiastic in the consumption of their products. (They weren't alone).

A good job I and my daughter-in-law are such a responsible people. We got the family on and off the bus at the right place. Eventually.
