Busy busy office. 'All sorts' day. Record the phone answerphone messages trying to cut down on the "err's" without much success.
Work on John's Big Project which is an event we might do next year which will dwarf whatever we've done up to now. Not certain yet but I think it will happen.
Work through the next month's Big List (a lot of 'bigness' these days. It's Simon!). This is where we have responded to all the letters and replaced what is generally referred to as a 'mailing' - lots of bits of paper - with just one substantial publication. We don't know if the customers will like it. But by this time next month we will!
Also reviewed the website. After last year's re-launch which was not over-popular we have been frantically re-working it. Again. Lots of advice from customers. Some quite colourful!
Evening tasting at Surbiton shop. Someone forgot the projector but Dominic saved the day. Wines went well except the chap who had no bubble in his Theale Sparkling. Mystery, that. And glad to be able to advise the farmers putting in 2 hectares of champagne vines in Sussex. More the merrier.
Wines on taste:
Theale Vineyard
Altos Rioja
Alta Tierra Viognier
Hunter's Gewurz
Madame F
Colina d'Enira Merlot
Presbytere 03
Moonlighters Cabernet Sangiovese 06
