Just writing. Writing, writing, writing. Get a lunch + update from Simon the Supersonic. Just hearing his schedule makes me feel tired. I went pretty fast myself, in my younger days, but not this speed. The man is constantly circling the planet. Must be BA's favourite customer.
I can't tell you the plans he's got for expansion... Literally, I can't tell you; he forbids it. Stealth, apparently, is important. Meanwhile he is changing things a lot at home.
Like that new big list we sent out last month. Now that is a gamble. Traditionally we send out lots of bits of paper. Why? Because that works. Don't ask me why, nobody really likes lots of bits of paper - all over the floor, usually. But they work.
However we have decided to do what customers asked us for in many letters, surveys etc; less, and better, bumpf. Hope they don't just enjoy the read. Hope they order, too!
