Diary. Marlow

A day off, so get volunteered for vineyard work. This time Henry's at Marlow. Thinning the first year’s little bush of new vine shoots down to just one.

A bunch of family, friends and anyone not quick enough to escape do a dozen or so rows before a nice bbq over looking the Thames valley to Cookham Dean and what I am told was once Enid Blyton's home. The rain holds off … just.

Get home, realise I still have sun specs on for some reason and normal glasses nowhere to be found. Must've dropped them so back to vineyard Sunday to retrace and … found 'em.
