Breathe a sigh of relief? Take some time off?
No such luck. It’s blissfully quiet and a chance to catch up on all the monotonous jobs that get put to one side. So while Tony is lying on a sun lounger, I’m sat in my cold office looking out at the dreary weather in Henley on Thames.
Normally I love the view over the River Thames but it looks very bleak today and the drizzle is depressing! Mountains of filing to get through. Loads of emails to review, file or delete.
Maybe I’ll take a leaf out of Tony’s book and pour a (very) small glass at lunch time to get me through this!! Tony opened a bottle of Garage White last week and it would be a crime to let it go to waste! Perks of the PA!
