Went to see where Henry is planting next

He's bought a piece of land next door. Plans to double his vineyard up to 8 hectares. And if the planners allow, build his winery. Brave move. Being as he hasn't made any wine yet. But … we are all convinced he has a wonderful site above Marlow town, looking due south. Not so high up the Chilterns as to be too cold. Not so low down as to be in a frost pocket. Good chalky (Champagne-y) soil.
